By integrating the Punto Giallo® brand solutions with the Customer's information systems, Metropolis is able to facilitate payment procedures in the PA and speed up the printing of reports and documents.
Every year in Italy over € 140,000,000 in payments to PAs are collected through over 600 Punto Giallo® self-service counters. Customers who choose the services in full-service mode delegate all management activities of the self-service payment counters to the Metropolis Punto Giallo® organization, which is able to manage both technical and cash management interventions.
Metropolis' core business has always been to help the public administration (hospitals / ASLs, municipalities, collection companies, etc.) in the management of payments for services offered to citizens in Italy.
